Discover 10 bars and restaurants open at dawn to enjoy SP until the wee hours

by

After the Psiu law, an acronym for the Urban Silence Program, established that addresses that sell alcoholic beverages cannot remain open after 1 am without proper acoustic adaptation in São Paulo, it is increasingly difficult for night owls to find bars and restaurants open until late hours to grab a bite to eat, have a drink or have an “after” away from the dance floors.

With the end of the isolation caused by Covid-19 and a certain euphoria that took over the capital of São Paulo, this vacuum seems even more evident. For those who love the late night, the question invariably arises: what is open late in the city?

Although they seem to be extinct, these places exist. Discover ten of them below — in a list that dismissed well-known bars like Riviera and the city’s 24-hour classics, such as the Estadão bar, the Bella Paulista bakery and the Paris 6 restaurant, which always keep their doors open, at any time.

Baretto

On the ground floor of the Fasano hotel, the bar is an option for those looking to have a more sophisticated cocktail at dawn — the house is open from Monday to Saturday until 3 am. Among the house specialties are classics such as the negroni and the dry martini, which cost R$56 each.
