Chicken salad to fill your bagels
Components:
5-6 bagels or burger breads
For the filling:
1 Olive chicken breast fillet
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup grated cabbage
For the sauce (of coleslaw):
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
Salt Pepper
Implementation:
Boil the olive oil for 30 ‘. Cut it with a knife into thin strips.
Prepare the coleslaw: Finely chop the carrot and cabbage. Beat the ingredients for the sauce well. We mix them all together. Pour in the chicken and mix.
Melt the avocados with a fork.
Cut the bagels in half. Fill them with the chicken, put a little avocado on top and close them.

When you decide to enjoy a salad as a main meal you take a big risk as it is very likely that it is either immune or not full.
This salad with chicken and cashews, however, definitely completes all the boxes as it is relatively easy, filling and healthy.
Materials:
For the salad:
1/2 green cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 purple cabbage, finely chopped
2 cups carrots, finely chopped
1 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 cups cooked edamame
1-2 cups of roasted cashews
2 cups noodles (optional)
chicken leg fillet Olive chicken, grilled
For the dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
a little garlic powder
optional: 1/4 cup yogurt or mayonnaise
How to make it:
Mix well (in a multi or in a shaker) all the dressing ingredients until homogenous. Add the yogurt or mayonnaise (if you put them in at last) and mix well again, until smooth.
Put all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and mix well by hand. Drizzle the salad with the dressing and it is ready to serve!

Pasta salad in 10 minutes
Components
1 package chicken breast fillet Olive chicken Angelakis
3 tablespoons olive oil
200 grams of chopped macaroni
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 florin pepper
1 onion
200 grams of cherry tomatoes
For yogurt dressing:
200 grams of strained yogurt
50 ml whole milk
70 ml olive oil
Grate and juice of 1 lemon
salt
freshly ground pepper
Implementation:
Place a saucepan of salted water on high heat and cook the chopped macaroni until al dente.
When the macaroni is ready, strain it, cool it under plenty of running water and place it in a large bowl.
On a cutting board with a sharp knife cut the peppers, the green, the yellow and the Florin into cubes, the cherry tomatoes into quarters and finely chop the onion. On another cutting board with a sharp knife cut the chicken breast fillets into small bites.
Place a non-stick pan on high heat to heat well and add the 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Saute the chicken bites for 4-5 minutes, to get a nice color from everywhere, sprinkling with salt and freshly ground pepper.
When the chicken is ready, remove it from the pan and place it in the bowl with the chopped macaroni together with the colorful peppers, the chopped onion and the cherry tomatoes.
In a small bowl place all the ingredients for the yogurt dressing, yogurt, milk, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, salt and freshly ground pepper and mix well with a whisk. Pour the dressing into the bowl with the remaining ingredients, mix well and carefully and serve in a salad bowl in the center of the table.
