Thessaloniki: 8-year prison sentence for a 59-year-old man who promised a modeling career to girls and videotaped them in indecent acts

The pornographic material was found in an apartment in western Thessaloniki, which he used as a studio.

The 59-year-old convicted of three cases of underage girls (high school students, when the operations were performed), although it is estimated that the victims were dozens (minors and adults). Some of the girls testified at the closed-door trial that the perpetrator promised a great career and a lot of money. They complained that he was receiving threats from the accused so that they would not reveal anything to the Police.

Defendant denied that he photographed or videotaped the girls naked and he had to admit it, when a relevant video was shown, in which he also participated.

He was sentenced at first instance to 11.5 years in prison.
