In his apology, the accused denied the acts, stressing -among other things- that the complaint was made for reasons of “revenge”. Regarding erotic messages that he allegedly sent to her via mobile phone, he said that the girl took his device and wrote it herself, sending it to her own mobile phone, in order to incriminate him.
The case took the path of Justice when the 19-year-old (today) the complainant addressed the Sub-Directorate for the Protection of Minors in Thessaloniki. As she described, her 48-year-old father, at least from 2019, performed sexual acts against hersomething that tried to do it again on Easter day 2021and so decided to denounce him. The mother, as she was suffering, did not know the slightest thing about the nightmare she was going through.
