Clear weather in Attica and the islands – In which areas will storms occur

In central Macedonia, Thessaly, the northern parts of eastern Sterea, the Sporades and northern Evia, unstable weather with temporarily increased clouds, local rains and isolated thunderstorms. From the afternoon the effects will stop. In the rest of the mainland, a few clouds that in the noon and afternoon hours will increase and local showers and isolated thunderstorms will occur.

In islands generally clear weather, with local clouds in Crete and the Ionian Islands in the afternoon.

The winds will blow in the west east 3 to 5 Beaufort which from noon will weaken. In the east will blow north 4 to 6 and in the Aegean locally 7 beauforts, weakening from the night.

THE temperature will not change significantly and will reach 27-29 degrees north and the rest of the mainland and islands 28-31 degrees Celsius.

MACEDONIA, THRACE
Weather: In central Macedonia initially clouds with local rains and isolated thunderstorms and improvement after noon. In the remaining few clouds that will increase at noon in the afternoon and in western Macedonia, isolated thunderstorms are likely.
Winds: From north 3 to 4 beauforts and east 5 beauforts.
Temperature: From 15 to 29 degrees Celsius. In western Macedonia 2 to 3 points lower.

IONIAN ISLANDS, EPIRUS, WESTERN STEREA, WESTERN PELOPONNESE
Weather: A few clouds that will gradually increase and in the noon and afternoon hours will occur on the mainland, mainly in the western Peloponnese, local showers or isolated thunderstorms.
Winds: East 3 to 5 Beaufort with weakening from noon.
Temperature: From 18 to 31 degrees Celsius.

THESSALY, EASTERN CENTRAL, EASTERN PELOPONNESE
Weather: In Thessaly and the northern parts of eastern Sterea clouds temporarily increased with local rains and isolated thunderstorms and improvement from the afternoon hours. In the rest it is generally clear with local clouds at noon and in the afternoon.
Winds: From north 3 to 5 and in the east local 6 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 18 to 30 degrees Celsius.

CYCLADES, CRETE
Weather: Generally clear. Local clouds at noon in Crete.
Winds: North northwest 5 to 6 and locally 7 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 21 to 28 degrees Celsius and in southern Crete up to 32 degrees Celsius.

EASTERN AEGEAN ISLANDS – DODECANESE
Weather: Generally clear.
Winds: North northwest 5 to 6 and locally 7 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 21 to 30 degrees Celsius.

EUBOEA
Weather: Cloudy skies temporarily increased mainly in the north where there will be local rains and isolated thunderstorms with improvement from the afternoon hours.
Winds: From north 4 to 5 and south 6 beaufort.
Temperature: From 20 to 28 degrees Celsius.

ATTICA
Weather: Generally clear.
Winds: From north 4 to 5 and east 6 beaufort.
Temperature: From 21 to 30 degrees Celsius.

THESSALONIKI
Weather: Cloudy skies temporarily increased with local rains and isolated thunderstorms and improvement after noon.
Winds: Variable 3 to 4 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 19 to 29 degrees Celsius.

FORECAST FOR TOMORROW MONDAY 20-06-2022
Generally clear weather, with temporary clouds on the mainland in the noon and afternoon hours, when local showers and isolated thunderstorms will occur in the mountains.
The winds will be in the west variable 3 to 4 and from noon west northwest locally up to 5 Beaufort. In the east will blow north northwest 4 to 5 and in the Aegean 5 to 6 Beaufort, from the afternoon they will turn to west northwest with a slight weakening.
