The 25-year-old’s lawyer will reportedly look for evidence to determine whether the 19-year-old Swede had signed a rape insurance in order to receive compensation.

The flirtation between one 19-year-old Swede and a 25-year-old Greek, in a well-known club Skiathos ended up in complaint of rapecriminal prosecutions and beatings.

In the early hours of Sunday in a well-known club in Skiathos, a 25-year-old man from Athens, who arrived on the island with three friends for a vacation, flirts with a 19-year-old Swede who is on the island with two friends.

The “date” of the two children goes beyond the limits of flirting and the continuation is given in the toilet of the club.

The 19-year-old, while at first she responded – according to her own testimony to the police – then regretted it. She asked him to stop and started calling for help, while the 25-year-old closed the door with his hand so that he could not open it. According to the 25-year-old, the meeting in the toilet had her absolute consent and there was no intercourse – which she herself confirmed – while she claimed that he closed the door for her for a few seconds because she was frightened by her voices. He allegedly admitted, however, that the young woman had consumed alcohol.

The 19-year-old when she came out of the toilet told what happened to her friends, while two young Swedes had been added to the group. The Swedes asked the 25-year-old’s friends about what happened and started a big fight with beatings. The 19-year-old went to the police station and filed a lawsuit for rape and incest and the 25-year-old who will apologize on Wednesday was prosecuted.

All three of his friends will sit on the “stool” on Wednesday for the episodes, but the trials will have no witnesses. Both the Swedes and the Swedes left for their country on Sunday and the 19-year-old will not be in court to testify.

THE 25-year-old lawyer will reportedly look for evidence to determine whether the 19-year-old Swede had signed security for rape in order to receive compensation. The 25-year-old’s side estimates that he fell victim, citing cases of the past where Swedes vacationing in Greece are reported to fall into the hands of rapists on the last night of their stay on a Greek island and then file lawsuits against these men in order to collect the money stipulated in the contract they sign before traveling to our country as security rape.

The Swedish authorities say that this is not a rape insurance, but a compensation for the mental pain that is given to those women who claim to have been raped. This compensation, which does not mainly concern the act of rape but the mental suffering of the victim, is close to 10,000 euros.
