Two 24-year-olds (nationals and foreigners) involved in the murder case of the 42-year-old native in Rafina were arrested.
A case was filed against them for the offenses of conspiracy to commit murder and for violating the law on weapons.
According to the investigation, in the early morning hours of Sunday, June 26, the two 24-year-olds attacked the 42-year-old, seriously injuring him, as a result of which he was transported to a hospital in Attica, where he ended up at noon of the same day.
During the preliminary investigation, a combined evaluation and analysis of the information data and the collected video material of the case was carried out, leading to the identification of the two 24-year-olds as perpetrators of the attack, while the car they used as a means of escape was confiscated.
The arrested, with the case file against them, were taken to the competent Prosecutor’s Office this afternoon and were referred to a regular Investigator. The case was handled by the Northeastern Attica Security Sub-Directorate in collaboration with the Rafina-Pikermi Security Department of the Attica Security Directorate.

It is noted thati criminal prosecution brought by the Prosecutor against the two arrested for him beating to death of 42-year-old man on Saturday night at a nightclub in Rafina.
The Prosecutor of Criminal Prosecution announced against them charges of premeditated murder and unlawful possession of a firearm.
The accused, a foreigner and a national, were taken to an investigator from which they will ask for a deadline for their apology.
As it emerged from the testimony of the two defendants, the 42-year-old lost his life for insignificant reason.
«He shook one of our friends who was waiting his turn to go to the toilet. When she asked him to speak, they got into a fight. Then he looked at us ironically and wildly». These were the words of one of the perpetrators in the testimony he gave to the police.
According to the same sources, these two incidents were enough for the company of 5 people to “overflow” the glass and set an ambush outside the club.
When the 42-year-old and the girl who accompanied him left the club carefree, he was attacked resulting in his death.
The two 24-year-olds were the ones who beat him, however the other members of the group are also wanted, in order to testify about the incident.
Yet examined whether they used an iron fist type object which caused craniocerebral injuries to the 42-year-old.
