The system was adapted by the Ministry of Digital Governance
In order for the Ministry of Digital Governance to further simplify the application process for the power passproceeded to adapt the system, with the aim to facilitate citizens who change their home address in AADE after applying for the grant.
Thus, for the applications under liquidation, the data that the citizens changed in the tax return that they submitted after the submission of the application for the subsidy is temporarily not updated. In addition, from the evening of Thursday 30 June, citizens will be updated on the application platform for the power pass that, if they choose to pass the changes to their data, they will need to re-apply for the power pass.
The specific malfunction concerns 2,500 citizens out of a total of 2,600,000 power pass applications that have already been submitted. It concerns citizens who first submitted the power pass application and then their tax return, changing their home address on the tax return, and re-identifying on the power pass platform.
In these cases, the power pass application had to be resubmitted. In all the others, the application proceeded normally.
It is recalled that from June 17, the day the platform for submission opened, the instructions to the citizens emphasize that the change of address must be done before the application for the power pass, and takes place on its platform. ΑΑΔΕ
