“She created a story with a heroine victim herself, embellishing her every time they try it with gross lies, in order to give more credibility to the description of the events, presenting herself as a victim of rape by the accused and not only,” the prosecutor’s proposal said. .
The judges of the Council, in addition to the acquittal of the 27-year-old, impose the court costs on the complainant, adopting the prosecutor’s proposal in this regard as well.
It is recalled that the 27-year-old was facing the crime of “sexual acts without the consent of the victim” and after his apology to the investigator, where he denied the act attributed to him, he was released on restrictive terms.
