Monday Weather: High temperatures across the country – Where storms will occur

The weather is forecast to be clear in Attica for Monday. The winds will blow north northeast 4 to 6 and in the east local 7 Beaufort.

The temperature will range from 24 to 34 degrees Celsius.

In the east, the maximum 2 to 3 degrees lower.

In the midday and afternoon hours in Epirus, western and central Macedonia, western Sterea and Thessaly, temporary clouds will develop and in the northwest there will be local rain and isolated storms in the mountains.

Winds will blow from north directions in the west 3 to 5, in the east 5 to 6 and in the Aegean locally 7 Beaufort.

The temperature will not change appreciably. In the western continents the maximum is 36 to 38 degrees Celsius, in the rest of the continents and the Ionian 34 to 36 degrees and in the Aegean islands 32 to 34 degrees Celsius.

Weather: Generally clear with temporary clouds in the midday and afternoon hours in western and central Macedonia, so in western Macedonia there will be local rain and mainly isolated storms in the mountains.

Temperature: From 20 to 35 degrees Celsius. In western Macedonia 2 to 3 degrees lower.

IONIAN ISLANDS, EPIROS, WEST STEREA, WEST PELOPONNISOS
Weather: Generally clear with temporary clouds in the midday and afternoon hours in Epirus and western Sterea, in Epirus there will be local rain and mainly isolated storms in the mountains.
Winds: From north directions 4 to 5 and in the Ionian north-west in the afternoon temporary local 6 Beaufort
Temperature: From 20 to 37 to 38 degrees and in the Ionian Islands from 24 to 35 to 36 degrees Celsius.

THESSALIA, EASTERN Mainland, EASTERN PELOPONNISUS
Weather: Generally clear with temporary clouds in the midday and afternoon hours in Thessaly.
Winds: North northeast 4 to 6 and in the east and south locally 7 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 21 to 36 degrees Celsius.

CYCLADES, CRETE
Weather: Clear.
Winds: Northerly 5 to 7 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 22 to 30 and in southern Crete up to 33 degrees Celsius.

EAST AEGEAN ISLANDS – DODECANISE
Weather: Clear.
Winds: Northerly 5 to 6 and locally 7 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 23 to 34 degrees Celsius.

EUBOEA
Weather: Clear.
Winds: North northeast 4 to 6 and in the south local 7 Beaufort.

Generally clear weather. In the midday and afternoon hours in Epirus, Macedonia, western Sterea and Thessaly, temporary clouds will develop and there will be local showers and possibly isolated storms in the mountains.
Winds will blow from north directions in the west 3 to 5, in the east 4 to 6 and in the Aegean locally 7 Beaufort.
The temperature will not change appreciably. In the western continents the maximum will reach 36 to 38 degrees Celsius, in the rest of the continents and the Ionian 34 to 36 and in the Aegean islands 31 to 33 degrees Celsius.

Generally clear weather. In the midday and afternoon hours, clouds will develop in the continental areas and there will be temporary rain in the mountains and isolated storms in the north.
Winds will be north northwest 4 to 6 and locally in the Aegean and the northern Ionian up to 7 Beaufort.
The temperature will not change appreciably.

OUTLOOK FOR FRIDAY 08-07-2022 AND SATURDAY 09-07-2022
In the northern continental areas temporarily increased cloudiness with local rains and isolated storms from the midday hours. In the rest of the country, generally clear weather with temporary clouds in the midday and afternoon hours mainly in the continental areas where there will be local rain and isolated storms.
Winds will blow from north directions 4 to 6 and locally in the eastern Aegean up to 7 Beaufort.
The temperature will drop, initially on Friday in the north and on Saturday in the rest of the country.
