The Three-member Misdemeanor Court of Thessaloniki sentenced him to three years in prison and decided to serve three months of the imposed sentence, while the rest was suspended.
According to the case file, he allegedly made obscene gestures at the 13-year-old and told her about sexual events, with references – among other things – to pornographic films.
All this, according to the complaint, took place in the early hours of last Sunday at the home of the 53-year-old (in the area of ​​Thermaikos municipality of Thessaloniki), where the minor was staying, as she is friends with the daughter of the defendant’s wife. In fact, as reported, the act was carried out in the bedroom, where apart from the 13-year-old, her friend was (and was sleeping).
On the same day, the minor confided in her father what had happened and the complaint and the automatic arrest of the accused followed.
The criminal prosecution brought against him was a misdemeanor and for that reason he was tried in the Automatic Three-member Misdemeanor Court. He himself denied the accusation in his apology.
