A mother of a student who was attacked by his classmates a few days ago filed a lawsuit against seven students and the Directorate of the High School of Agrinio today. An attack that was recorded on students’ mobile phones and circulated on social media.
The incident was noticed on November 11 by the student’s mother, who went to the school and found her 13-year-old son hit in the face and crying. Asking him, he was informed that that day and at the time he was attending school, he was attacked by a classmate who repeatedly hit him in the face, repeatedly. The attack took place in front of six other students who are accused of inciting and laughing at the student.
This can even be seen in the relevant video posted on instagram and Tik Tok by the student. The student allegedly acted at the instigation of a student and then those who watched the attack, laughed and mocked the 13-year-old, who held out his hand, in an attempt to repel the blows, but did not respond to them.
According to the mother, her child did not go to school until the 23rd of the month since he was in a bad psychological state and finally returned on November 24 where he joined another department.
The lawsuit also alleges persistent cases of school bullying against the child, repeated physical and psychological violence, while the Directorate is accused of failing to take the necessary actions to prevent these behaviors.
