The procedural deadlines that expire during these three days, for reasons of force majeure, will expire on Thursday, December 2, 2021.
More specifically, the president of the CoE Dimitrios Skaltsounis in today’s announcement states: “Due to the failure of the medium voltage transformer, it is not possible to electrify the building of the Council of State. Restoration time is estimated to be Wednesday, December 1st.
As this situation constitutes a matter of force majeure, due to the fact that the operation of the court services depends on the availability of the Integrated Judicial Case Management System for Administrative Justice (IACS), but also for reasons of safety and health, its work is suspended. court on Monday 29 November, Tuesday 30 November and Wednesday 1 December 2021. The deadlines that expire during these three days expire on Thursday 2 December 2021. Specifically, the statements of article 33 par. 6 of p.d. 18/1989 on the appearance of the parties without appearing at the hearing for the cases discussed on December 2, 2021 can be submitted until 14:00 of that day.
