The main points of the draft law provide for:
a) h raising the age limit for women who can resort to medically assisted reproduction from 50 to 54 years of age, as well as the provision for granting a special permit for medically assisted reproduction to women aged from 50 years and 1 day to 54 years.
b) h possibility of cryopreservation of reproductive material, zygotes and fertilized eggs and for social reasons, and the abolition of the upper limit of 20 years regarding its duration,
c) the right of the individual to testify unfertilized reproductive material for cryopreservation without the consent of his or her spouse or the party with whom he/she has entered into a cohabitation agreement or his/her partner, as well as for free use in the event of divorce, annulment of marriage, separation, termination or termination of the cohabitation agreement or termination of the free union ,
d) the express provision that the availability of reproductive material for the creation of Cryopreservation Banks regardless of the existence of recipients at the time of the disposition is not a prohibited disposition.
e) h ability to receive and cryopreserve reproductive material donor from a Cryopreservation Bank, regardless of the existence of recipients in the given time period,
