How was the basic choice in Greece and expansion in Cyprus made?
The… transfer of sports betting from brick-and-mortar networks was the key since Kaizen capitalized on the positive trend of the time, developing great momentum from its very 1st year of operation. Thus, in a short period of time, he managed to reach the goal he had set, namely to become the main choice of Greek players, while at the same time, in 2015, he managed to expand into the Cypriot market.
2016, the station year
The year which in essence was the 1st milestone year for the company, which achieved a very important Milestone, after exceeding 100 employees. A number that today seems very small for Kaizen Gaming since its staff increased 10 times over the next 6 years, an indicator that captures its rapid and at the same time rapid growth, which was based on the following 3 main pillars.

Strategy brings development – expansion – growth
The springboard for its development as well as the expansion of its activity and operation was the transition of the company from a provider of online games to a GameTech company.
Its strategic focus on developing its own technology and investing in people who would implement new technological applications was its turning point, as it allowed it to transform itself, evolving both its platform and the services it could provide.
The arrival of Betano
A new and ambitious expansion plan created a new brand, that of Betano, which was launched in foreign markets. It started with Romania in 2017 and was followed by 7 more countries (to date) which include Germany, Portugal, Brazil and Chile among others.
#Try this at home
The human resource factor was the key to the development of Kaizen Gaming, beyond technology, since its investment in the specific sector attracted new talent, even from abroad, with the innovative program ‘Try this at home’, with which it repatriated Greeks who they worked mainly in European countries, in leading technology companies.
Today’s picture & Kaizen Campus
Today, ten years after the creation of the Stoiximan platform, Kaizen Gaming, which is now active in 10 countries, employing more than 1,300 employees, will receive in 2022 one of the most modern office buildings in Greece, the Kaizen Campus.
The new building has been designed with a view to serving the hybrid model, which the company already implements. This is the main direction in the architectural approach and in the relative layout of the spaces, with the aim of maximizing the efficiency of its human resources who work either remotely or with a physical presence in the company’s offices, as well as the integration of the further increase of its staff, which is estimated at 20% per year.
In the offices of the Kaizen Campus, it will now be possible to accommodate the company’s largest group in terms of population, that of Technology, which is one of the largest – if not the largest – in Greece, with more than 300 Kaizeners who have been operating according to the agile methodology since 2018.
