Unexpectedly, her statement is expected to be filed today Roulas Pispirigou to the Homicide Department of Attica Security for the deaths of the two youngest children, Malena and Iris.
After the few days’ deadline that her advocate, Othonas Papadopoulos, had taken, the moment of truth for the detained mother of the three girls from Patras has arrived.
Through written explanations Ms. Pispirigou will try to prove that she has nothing to do with them deaths of 6-month-old Iris and 3.5-year-old Malenawhile she will deny that the two children “died” as a result of a criminal act and that she herself had any involvement.
Once received by Homicide, the file with the memorandum will be sent to the prosecutors handling the case, who after studying it will decide if they should prosecute her for the other two deaths, Iris and Malena.
