In a 17-page memorandum she testified her own side of the deaths Malena and Iris’s Roula Pispirigou. The memorandum was received by the officers of the Homicide Department of Attica Security who are conducting the entire investigation, as stated in the report of ERT.
Roulas Pispirigou’s lawyer said that his client denies the act and reiterated that she could never and for no reason turn against her own children, adding that although she raised them with care and attention, she was unable to see them grow.
She gives a detailed account of the events of a very long period since her marriage to him Manos Daskalakisthe desired pregnancies as she says, and recounts all the events of the family tragedy up to January 2022 and the death of her third child.
Now, it’s up to the executives investigating the case to decide whether to request additional answers or whether to send the 33-year-old’s unbiased statement to the Justice which will have the final say on whether to bring new prosecutions against her.
