A preliminary examination by the Patras prosecutor’s office has already been ordered in order to investigate criminal responsibilities from the medical and nursing staff of “Agios Andreas” for the death of the 49-year-old who had visited the hospital in pain before ending up not being admitted.

With regard to the Sworn Administrative Examination that has begun, the competent bodies examine, firstly, the time of arrival of the unfortunate man at the hospital, with whom he spoke, what time he left (an element that will also be combined with the parameter of the time of death) and how many medical staff were present at the hospital hospital at the time he visited it.
