A very serious incident gang rape of a 39-year-old woman woman in PatrasPatras Police officers have been investigating for the last few hours.
A woman who went to the University Hospital of Patras in Rio, informed the doctors about the incident and the Police were immediately notified.
According to what complains the 39-year-old in the early hours of Saturday to Sunday, two men aged 32 and 47with whom she had previously gone out for fun, they took her to the house of one in Patras and after, as she said, they gave her a narcotic substance without her knowledge and then they raped her.
The police were immediately mobilized and after investigations they found the two men who were arrested. As informed the tempo24.news the two arrested deny the accusations and claim that yes, there was sexual intercourse with the woman, but with her consent. They also admit that they used drugs, but with the knowledge of the complainant.
The two arrested will be brought to the Prosecutor’s Office with the serious charge of gang rape, while the results of toxicology are already awaited tests to which the 39-year-old has undergone in order to establish whether or not she has taken a narcotic substance.
A police source told the tempo24.news that “the case is being investigated methodically and with due care”.
Finally, it is noted that no drugs were found in a house search conducted by the police in the house where the rape was reported.
