The prosecution of the twelve young men who were arrested and remanded in custody for the murder of 19-year-old Alkis Kampanos in the early hours of February 1st in Charilaou is proposed by the public prosecutor of Thessaloniki, reports the Thestival.gr.

In the proposal of 86 pages, submitted to the Criminal Court of Thessaloniki, he considers that the group of fans intended to kill the entire group in which the unfortunate man was 19 years old.

Describing in the prosecutor’s proposal what happened at the entrance to the building on Th. Gazi Street, he states that the defendants just asked the group of young people, including the 19-year-old, which group they support, “upon hearing their admission that they support the Mars teamwithout preceding any verbal confrontation, they suddenly attacked them violently, striking them severely with knives, folding gloves, metal pipes, crowbars and folding sickles, with the intention of killing them.”

In the proposal it is mentioned that the forensic report that 19-year-old Alkis Kampanos succumbed to his injuries from the injuries he had on his legs and from the brain injuries. He also proposes the indictment of one additional defendant for attempted homicide and the others for complicity in this act.
