Jury appoints the 26 ‘most beautiful’ cans in the brewing market; participate in the vote – Full glass

by

Breweries are increasingly investing in labels. After all, the pretty face of the can on the shelf can often be the first — or even the only — chance to captivate the consumer.

With an eye on this evolution, Abralatas (Brazilian Association of Aluminum Can Manufacturers) promotes the second edition of the contest to elect the Most Beautiful Can in Brazil.

Last year’s champion, Eterno Retorno, from Minas Gerais, from Casa Orc, was not among the finalists. A jury made a preliminary evaluation of 156 labels entered. Of these, 26 made it to the final stage, in which the winner is chosen by a jury score and by popular vote. You can choose your favorite by accessing the link latamaisbonita.com.br/votacao.

This year, 26 labels went through the jury’s scrutiny and now await the popular vote to define the champion. The cans were divided into three categories: micro and small breweries (where the most creative labels are located), medium breweries and large breweries.

Cervejaria Pineal, in Sorocaba (SP), competes with three labels among the micro/small ones: Epiphany Sour, with guava and basil, saison Sweet Dreams, and the imperial stout Black Sheep.

Among the small ones, there are also two Rambeer labels, from Teresina (PI): APA PQP and La Crème.

In part of the large breweries there are labels that are best known to the general public. The battle is between six Ambev labels, which include three Colorados, and two Grupo Petrópolis cans (Cacildis and Black Princess.

It is possible to vote until December 1st.
