The arrested were taken to the competent Prosecutor
After a coordinated operation, police officers of the White Tower Security Department in Thessaloniki proceeded to arrest six people who are active in the buying and selling of addictive substances. They are five foreigners, aged 23 to 37, and a 27-year-old citizen, against whom a case file was filed for violation of the Law on Addictive Substances.
In particular, on the morning of Thursday, July 21, police officers from the above Service, with the assistance of their colleagues from the Crime Prevention and Suppression Department, carried out a lawful search in two ground-floor apartments in the city center, where the aforementioned were located and arrested, as well as inside the apartments and in their possession, among others, were found and confiscated:
- Amount of Cannabis,
- A functional precision scale,
- A metal pistol (replica) and a metal revolver (replica)
- Two portable transceivers
- Amount of money,
- Mobile phones,
- A portable computer
- Five car starting keys
In addition, a number of objects and documents were found and confiscated, the origin of which will be investigated. The arrested were taken to the competent Prosecutor.
