Financial Police checks in Naxos, Paros and Skiathos – “Bells” in 9 stores

Controls in stores of health interest in Naxos, Paros and Skiathos for the observance of the insurance – labor and tax legislation, were carried out by Directorate of Economic Police and the Sub-Directorate of Economic Police of Northern Greecefrom Friday 22 July to Sunday 24 July 2022

They were confirmed violations in 9 storeswhile for one of them the competent Authority was informed about the imposing suspension for 48 hours.

In particular, in the context of the controls, it was found:

In Naxos,

• in a cafe bar – restaurant, not issuing 15 receipts and employing 3 employees outside working hours,
• in a company, the non-issuance of 5 receipts and
• in a business, to employ 2 employees outside working hours.

In Paros,

• in a business, to employ 3 workers who were not registered in the personnel tables and 2 workers outside working hours.

In Skiathos,

• in a refreshment bar, to have developed 40 table seats, without this being stated in the relevant license and to be employed, an employee who was not registered in the personnel tables and an employee outside working hours,
• in a cafeteria-snack bar, not issuing 9 receipts and employing an employee outside working hours,
• in a cafeteria, to employ 2 employees outside working hours,
• in a grill, to employ an employee outside working hours and
• in a coffee shop, the non-issuance of a receipt and employing 11 workers outside working hours.

For all cases, the competent services (S.E.P.E., D.O.Y., P.E.K.A.) are informed for the imposition of the corresponding administrative sanctions.
