Minister Niki Kerameos stated, among other things, in the announcement: “The emergence of Management Boards is pivotal in this new course, as they can give our HEIs more collegiality, efficiency, transparency in administration, and also make use of institutional tools that they now have at their disposal, for the benefit of the academic community and society as a whole.”
