The 33-year-old man who was arrested for the rape of a 32-year-old woman, who had gone with her group to the area to attend a music event, was given a deadline to apologize.
The 33-year-old was taken to the Rethymnon Prosecutor shortly after 7:00 PM on Monday.

Initially, the 32-year-old was expected to go to the Rethymno Security, finally she gave a first statement to the policemen of the Heraklion Security Sub-Directorate, which was forwarded to Rethymno, while it is estimated that in the coming days she will be asked to testify additionally.
