Specifically, the authorities’ investigation revealed the involvement of 3 people, specifically the 32-year-old citizen as the natural perpetrator and 2 more people as his accomplices.
More in detail, from the combined evaluation of the case elements and the analysis of the pre-investigative material collected, it emerged that, on Friday, June 10, 2022, the 32-year-old followed the businessman driving a locked minivan and deliberately caused a traffic accident, hitting the hotelier’s vehicle.
He then attacked him with a crowbar trying to cause him serious bodily harm.
As it emerged from the investigation, after the attack the 32-year-old escaped, after abandoning the stolen vehicle, getting into another car driven by a 31-year-old foreigner.
