She hit her elderly partner, “glass-nailed” them in the house and when the police arrived, she started kicking and swearing at them in an attempt to avoid arrest. The incident took place on Thursday afternoon in an apartment at Bulletwith one victim 73 years old and protagonist of episode one 52 years old woman of Ukrainian origin. The couple met through social media and from 2021 lived under the same roof, together with the 15-year-old son of the perpetrator.

The day before yesterday afternoon the two had an argument and the situation did not take long to get out of hand. The 52-year-old allegedly kicked the 73-year-old in the sensitive area, then hit him on the arms and chest and made them “glasses-nails” in the house. The elderly man called the police, but his partner did not hesitate to attack the officers as well, with insults, kicks and punches. It is characteristic that in the case file he is characterized as “very restless”.

The 73-year-old filed a lawsuit against her and yesterday at noon the 52-year-old woman was brought before the Prosecutor. A short time later she sat in the dock and was found guilty of domestic assault, domestic menacing and unlawful battery. He was sentenced to eight months in prison, suspended and with the right to appeal.

According to what the elderly Voliotis testified in court, the 52-year-old is addicted to alcohol, treats him badly and living with her has turned into a nightmare. Thursday’s episode started when he asked her to break up and leave his house, she refused and started shouting and swearing at him. Information states that the 52-year-old asked him for money to leave, specifically an amount of 20,000 euros. He, according to the same information, replied that he can give her 1,000 euros and this caused the woman to “explode”.

In her apology, the 52-year-old Ukrainian denied drinking and argued that the fight took place because the 73-year-old’s behavior is degrading towards her and he treats her badly. “I was stressed. I hadn’t been drinking,” he told the judges.

However, after the announcement of the court decision, the 73-year-old allegedly agreed to let the 52-year-old stay in the same house for a few days, until the procedures for her leaving with the child are regulated.
