This joint training contributed to the promotion of the level of operational readiness, combat capability and cooperation of the participants

A joint PASSEX (Passing Exercise) between the frigate (F/C) KANARIS and the general support vessel (GSV) PROMITHEUS with the Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) TNS JUGURTHA was conducted in the wider sea area north of La Goulet port, Tunisia.

It is recalled that 158 ​​sea cadets, 8 students of other military schools (2 from the Evelpida Military School, 2 from the Icaron School, 2 from the Military Corps Officers School and 2 from the Nursing Officers School) are on board the said ships of the fleet, as well as 9 foreign students (2 from Bulgaria, 2 from Egypt, 2 from Romania, 2 from Italy and 1 from Portugal), as part of the annual Summer Training Program (STP) of the Naval Cadet School (NSD).

During the co-training, communications and progressive maneuvers were performed.
