According to the received history, he had not been vaccinated against Covid-19 disease, he had been ill since 29/11/2021 and was under medication at home. Immediately based on a protocol, a clinical-laboratory and imaging test was performed and acute coronary syndrome was diagnosed. An immediate attempt was made to address the most serious clinical picture with the assistance of Emergency Doctors, Pediatricians, MSN, Anesthesiologists, ICU, with simultaneous communication with the Agia Sofia Children’s Hospital and EKAB, in order to stabilize clinically and be served safely.
Unfortunately, despite all the efforts, the girl presented cardiopulmonary arrest and despite the prolonged effort of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, she ended up at 17:26 p.m.
