Egaleo returned to victories with 2-0 over Herodotus in the sixth game of Super league 2.
The Egaleotes broke out after the defeat by Kallithea, in the derby of the last match and celebrated their third victory this year, which keeps them – at least temporarily – in fifth place in the southern group. Herodotus, on the other hand, suffered a second consecutive defeat and a third overall.
The score opened in the 17th minute by Arnarellis, while Voukelatos in the 80th minute made the final 2-0.
The first victory for this year was celebrated by Triglia, passing through Larissa with the 1-0 against Apollon.
Georgiadis’s team took the first victory after five consecutive draws and reached eight points, leaving Apollon in the penultimate position of the Northern group with only two.
The victory came with anxiety, since despite the opportunities, Triglia managed to score the winning goal in the 85th minute, with Kartsambas sending the ball into the net from an assist by Kakko.
Pierikos escaped from Volos, which prevailed 1-0 over the local Olympiakos.
The guests opened the score in the 14th minute with Zafeirakis who defeated Xenodochoff with a place.
The “red and whites” remained with five points in 13th place in the standings, with Pierikos rising to seventh, with his second victory this year.
