The US President’s special climate envoy, John Kerry, will visit Athens. The American official will be in Athens on August 28-29, in order to hold meetings with government officials. John Kerry’s trip will continue in Bali, Indonesia, where he will participate in the G20 Ministerial Summit on Climate and Environment. He will then visit Vietnam to meet with government officials, civil society representatives and business leaders with the aim of building consensus around key actions to address the climate crisis and accelerate the transition to a clean energy economy.
