As announced, also present were His Beatitude Archbishop of Athens and All Greece Hieronymus II, His Beatitude Metropolitan Epiphanios of Kiev and All Ukraine and His Eminence Metropolitan Stefanos of Philippi, Neapolis and Thasos, as well as the commander of the 1st Army Lieutenant General Angelos Houdeloudis.
Afterwards, they went to the port of Thassos where they attended the welcoming ceremony of the Holy Icon Synagogue of the Saints in Thassos and attended the Doxology at the Holy Church of the Dormition of the Virgin Mary in the Community of Panagia.
