Pyrgos: Preliminary examination for the 27-year-old police officer hospitalized in a coma from encephalitis

But then, in the afternoon of the same day, the young policeman’s condition worsened, as a result of which he was rushed by his family’s car to G.N. Patras “Agios Andreas”, where he was intubated and then transferred to the ICU of the University Hospital of Ioannina.

According to her secure information “Patris” newspaper, after the preliminary, a committee is expected to be appointed in order to conduct a Sworn Administrative Examination for the specific incident and the distribution of any responsibilities. However, medical sources emphasized in the magazine. “Patris” that the doctor who examined him advised him, in case he felt any worsening of his symptoms, to visit a neurologist, since the only neurologist at the Tower Hospital was not on duty.
