The testimony of SEH president Spyros Bibilas continues for the second day in the mixed jury court in the trial of Petros Filippidis, with intense dialogues.
Spyros Bibilas receives a barrage of questions from the defense attorney of the well-known actor Michalis Dimitrakopoulos, while a little while ago the proceedings were interrupted for a while as tension arose.
Spyros Bibilas testified that regarding the first complainant and the rape she accuses Filippidis of, he was informed by her memorandum to SEH. He also said that there are other complaints against Filippidis, but they are not related to sexual offenses.
When asked by Mr. Dimitrakopoulos why, since the complainant had accepted a sexual act against her, she went to the well-known actor again, he answered: “Many actresses have suffered bad things and still go to work. Unfortunately, theater is very difficult.”
The tension in the room started when Mr. Dimitrakopoulos told the SEH president that Ms. Ninou was refuting him regarding his report that Filippidis was having a relationship with his son’s girlfriend.
“I also refute Mrs. Ninou” he replied to the defense attorney.
