Traffic regulations due to work execution will be applied from Monday (19/9) at Athens Avenue, according to a police statement.
Specifically, from 19-09-2022 to 28-10-2022, throughout the 24-hour period, there will be a gradual reduction in the number of traffic lanes from four to two on Athens Avenue, in the direction of Athens and after its junction with Iera Odos, up to the junction with Satovriandou Street, occupying the right traffic lane, area of ​​the municipality of Chaidari.
During the works, vehicular traffic will be conducted from the remaining width of the roadway.
As an exception, on 09-20-2022, from 21.00 to 06.00 the following day, an additional lane of Athens Avenue will be occupied and vehicle traffic will be conducted only from the left lane of the roadway, in the traffic flow to Athens.
