The STASY Administration appealed to the Court of Justice requesting that the strike announced today, Tuesday by the STASY Workers’ Unions be declared illegal and abusive “because the legal conditions for declaring the strike have not been met”.

According to an announcement by the Administration, due to the notification of the decision of the Unions this afternoon, the hearing did not take place today and will take place tomorrow morning.

“We apologize in advance to the traveling public for the inconvenience and difficulties they will encounter during their journeys tomorrow” is pointed out in the STASY announcement.

It is recalled that tomorrow, Wednesday, the workers of the Mass Transportation Media are going on a 24-hour strike, after a strike announced by the Athens Labor Center (EKA) in an extraordinary meeting ahead of the passing of the draft law on DEKOs in the Parliament. Thus, tomorrow there will be no buses, trolleybuses, subways on all three lines and the tram.
