- 1 kg of minced chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 5 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
- 4 onion stalks, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
How to make them:
- Combine all the meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix gently by hand until well combined.
- Make the meatballs and put them in a pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8 minutes, turning them in between.
- While the meatballs are cooking, mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour them into a large non-stick pan and let them simmer for 5 minutes, until it thickens.
- Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for another 6-8 minutes, stirring to coat the meatballs with the sauce.
