Amendment by Ministry of Education: No exams for Greek students transferring from Ukraine

An amendment was submitted to the Parliament by the Ministry of Education, which regulates the transfer of Greek students from Ukrainian Universities.

An amendment was submitted to the Parliament by the Ministry of Education, which regulates the transfer of Greek students from Ukrainian Universities.

In particular, it concerns Greek students who studied during the academic year 2021-2022 and are still studying in 2022-2023 in Universities of Ukraine, who can request to be transferred to the corresponding Department of the Higher Educational Institution (HEI) in our country.

– The transfer is carried out without exams and in excess of the prescribed number of transferees per Department.

– Condition for transferring to a Greek A.E.I. is the submission of a detailed study certificate from the Institution of origin and any other supporting documents deemed necessary.

– The students who transfer have the same rights and obligations as the students of the host Departments.

The above amendment was submitted to the bill that is being discussed and voted today in the plenary session of the Parliament, entitled “Establishment and organization of a public law legal entity with the name “RADIOLOGY – RADIATION THERAPY TECHNOLOGISTS ASSOCIATION OF GREECE” (ETAE), arrangements for dealing with the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and the protection of public health and other provisions”.
