More than 300 conversations with the 12-year-old’s profile showed the electronic traces

The rapists of the 12-year-old girl from Colonos, as well as those who showed interest in meeting her, were hiding behind 6-digit numbers in the dark web. Users with 6-digit online dating site IDs who had no qualms about taking out their sick appetites on an underage girl even if they had to pay.

This results from the extensive investigation that is being carried out these days in the forensic laboratories of ELAS and also from data that the online dating site itself gave to the authorities after a relevant request. According to police sources, more than 300 conversations appear to have taken place from a profile that allegedly belongs to the 12-year-old with other profiles on the page, while several profiles that allegedly refer to the minor have also been found.

Yesterday, in fact, two other men presented themselves at GADA: The first, aged 43, was identified as having had a conversation with the minor through the dating site. As he said, last June he had contact with a person who resembles the 12-year-old. The second man, 54, said he was a user of an online dating app but maintained he had not chatted with a minor. After being examined under oath, both walked away while their involvement in the case is being investigated.

Following online leads, the cops have arrived in 212 profiles who had contacted the minor’s profile.
The investigations of the minor’s security police are in full progress while every element and piece of information is examined in order to clarify whether an active police officer serving in the GADA is involved in the case.

At the same time, statements by the defense lawyer of the 12-year-old’s mother stirred the waters, as Mr. Lytras said that he has information about two policemen who are allegedly involved in the case, while he stressed that we will have many surprises and many arrests.
Last night, a disciplinary audit was ordered by the Athens bar association, regarding the leaking of the file on the case of the 12-year-old girl.
