They stole the flag decoration of October 28 in the municipality of Moschato-Tavros

An unprecedented incident happened last night in the municipality of Moschato-Tavros. According to the complaint of the municipal authority, flags were stolen from a central avenue of the city, which had been placed as flag decoration ahead of tomorrow’s National Anniversary.

“We try every day to protect our city from incidents of theft and vandalism, such as the theft of the Greek flags that were placed ahead of our National Anniversary”, says Mayor Andreas Efthymiou and adds:

“Apart from the fact of the theft itself, we cannot tolerate similar incidents, especially these days when our country is called upon to face new challenges with unity and unity. I ask for the cooperation of all of us, both the institutions of the order and our fellow citizens, in order to prevent such phenomena from happening again”.

As announced by the municipality of Moschato-Tavros, Mr. Efthimiou immediately informed the commander of the Police Department and sent a relevant letter in which he points out the need to take further measures to avoid similar incidents in the future and proceeded to report to the Security in order to file a case file and to prosecute anyone responsible.
