They set up a carter, beat them and “sent” a plastic surgeon to the hospital in Thessaloniki

A plastic surgeon was the victim of a violent beating, in front of the entrance of the apartment building where he maintains his practice in the center of Thessaloniki, on Monday evening. Two unknown men with their features covered began to beat him, kicking and punching him. “They threw him down, tore off his right eyebrow and as soon as they saw that people were gathering, they disappeared,” say eyewitnesses.

In particular, shortly after 21.00 on Monday night (31/10), two men with covered features set up a carter on the plastic surgeon, aged around 50, at the entrance of the apartment building, where he maintains his practice, on Nikis Avenue.

As soon as he appeared from inside the apartment building, they attacked him with kicks and punches, while they did not hesitate to throw him to the ground to punch him, injuring him all over his body.

“Two men with covered faces were waiting for him below, and as soon as he came down they began to bore him. They threw him down, and as soon as they saw that people were gathering they disappeared. From what I saw, they opened his right eyebrow,” an eyewitness told GRTimes.

EL.AS forces immediately rushed to the scene, as well as an EKAV ambulance, whose rescuers provided First Aid to the doctor and then transported him to the AHEPA hospital.

At the same time, investigations are being conducted into the incident, while the motive of the perpetrators of the attack against the plastic surgeon is being examined, and they are being sought.
