Five minors accused of physically assaulting a 15-year-old girl were arrested last Saturday (29/10) in Agios Dimitrios, while their accomplices are being sought.
According to information from ELAS, everything happened on 10/28 in a park in Agios Dimitrios where a group of people, including those arrested, attacked and injured a 15-year-old girl and her 19-year-old brother, who intervened to help her.
Also, during the attack, one of the defendants took his watch from the 19-year-old.
The defendants then fled on foot, while the two brothers were transported to a hospital by an EKAV ambulance.
In the afternoon of the following day, men from the Dias Group located the above-mentioned minors after searches, and took them to the Security Department of Agios Dimitrios, where they were arrested.
In addition, a case was filed against their parents for neglecting the supervision of minors.
The accused were taken to the competent Prosecutor’s Office.
