The authorities recently arrested a fourth person involved in the case of the rape of a 12-year-old girl in Colonos.

It is recalled that earlier another man, the third in a row, was arrested a while ago for the case of the rape of the 12-year-old girl in Colonos.

An arrest warrant had been issued against him.

The other two men, who were arrested yesterday, by virtue of the warrants issued against them, have been brought before the prosecutor.

It is about a 35-year-old man who declares himself an income earner and a 39-year-old man who works in a security service.

THE 39-year-old who is reportedly one of the 16 who voluntarily they had presented themselves and submitted to GADA, he is also the father of a minor child.

According to the case file, the 35-year-old is accused of having sexual intercourse with a minor under the age of 12 in return for continued payment, as he allegedly raped the minor 3 times, and the 39-year-old is accused of having sexual intercourse with a minor who did not reach the age of 12, as he allegedly he raped the girl once.

In searches carried out at their homes, the following were found and confiscated:

At the home of the 35-year-old:

  • 2 mobile phones

At the home of the 39-year-old:

  • pistol and 42 cartridges
  • tablets
  • mobile phone and memory card

All the devices have been confiscated and are in ELAS forensics for further analysis.

At the same time, ELAS investigations are in full progress in order to execute the last arrest warrant issued yesterday by the 33rd investigator for the Colonos case.
Both the 55-year-old man and the wanted man are said to be among the men who voluntarily went to GADA and stated that they had contact with a minor who may be 12 years old, however they denied that they had made an appointment with her.
