In successive waves, the bad weather EVA manifested itself, which since last night hit most of the country with severe storms.

Problems were created by fallen trees and flooded roads.

A fire was caused by lightning in a palm tree in Haidari, while waves reached three meters in Paleo Faliro.

Traffic was interrupted in Akti Miaoulis, Akti Botsari, Akti Moutsopoulou and Grigoriou Lambrakis, downstream towards Kastela and major problems were caused by covered manholes.

But big problems were also recorded in Nice, where the roads turned into rivers.. causing huge problems to the cars that were moving at that time

Bad weather Eva arrived in Attica after midnight, with lightning,

How EVA will move from the next few hours

On Monday locally heavy rains and storms which are likely to be accompanied by hailstorms, are expected in the Cyclades, Crete and the Dodecanese, phenomena that will stop in the afternoon in most areas. Local rains or isolated storms will also occur in the central and eastern mainland, in Evia and the Sporades, phenomena that will stop after noon.

The temperatureaccording to the meteo, will range in Western Macedonia from 3 to 17 degrees, in the rest of Northern Greece from 5 to 22, in Epirus from 7 to 23 degrees, in Thessaly from 6 to 22, in the rest of the mainland from 8 to 22-23 degrees, on the Ionian islands from 11 to 21 and on the Aegean islands and Crete from 12 to 21-23 degrees Celsius.

Winds in the Aegean will blow from northerly directions with intensities of 5-6 Beaufort and possibly locally 7 Beaufort. In the Ionian Sea, winds will blow from northeasterly directions with intensities of 4-5 Beaufort. Winds may be locally gusty during thunderstorms.

In Attica, transient and generally light rains are expected until noon, mainly in the north and east of the prefecture. Winds will blow north-northeasterly with gusts of 4-5 Beaufort and temporarily in the east 6 Beaufort. The temperature will range from 15 to 21 degrees, but in the east and north the maximums will be 2-4 degrees lower.

In Thessaloniki there is a possibility of local rains at the beginning of the twenty-four hours. Scattered clouds are expected during the day.

Winds will blow from the northwest with intensities up to 4 Beaufort which will progressively weaken even more. The temperature will range from 13 to 20 degrees.
