A new group of persons involved in the case of the 12-year-old girl from Kolonos will appear before the investigator handling the case of sexual violence and exploitation suffered by the child.
The judicial officer sends summonses in apology to persons identified by the investigation of the police authorities through their electronic fingerprints, to have received photos and videos of the 12-year-old girl, who is accused of being trafficked by the temporary prisoner, considered to be the main defendant in the case, Ilias Michos.

The new defendants in the girl’s case are invited by the investigator to appear before her, in order to apologize for the charge brought against them for pornography of minors, an offense that is included among those involving insults of minors.
It should be noted that in cases where the supply and possession of child pornography material concerns children under 15 years of age, the charge is a felony, just as the producer and trafficker of such material is a felony.
