Opinion – Marcelo Katsuki: There’s plenty of gastronomy this weekend at Jockey Club SP

by

This Saturday and Sunday, November 19th and 20th, the Jockey Club will host the 8th edition of the festival with chefs from all Brazilian states, in addition to award-winning producers with selected items and various artistic attractions. The event will also feature the Restaurantes do Brasil space, with stands offering dishes from all Brazilian regions with chefs such as Willian Vieira, from O Guará – Cozinha Catarinense (Joinville, SC) and Flavio Trombino, from Xapuri (Belo Horizonte, MG) , between others.

For those who enjoy cheese, cachaça, olive oil, coffee and award-winning artisanal products, Mercearia Fartura is the right place. And guarantee your purchase upon arrival, as products tend to run out.

Espaço Electrolux and Cozinha ao Vivo Fartura will present freshly prepared recipes and will feature renowned chefs on the national scene, such as Claudia Krauspenhar, from K.sa Restaurante (Curitiba, PR), Yuri Machado, from Ca-Já Restaurante (Recife, PE), Giovanna Grossi, from Animus Restaurante (São Paulo, SP), Cumpade João, from Casa de Cumpade (Campina Grande, PB), in addition to Antônio Costaguta, from Projeto El Topador, who will be at the Brasa e Lenha space.

The Knowledge and Interactive Spaces will offer theoretical and practical classes with chefs such as Tereza Paim (Salvador, BA), Barbara Verzola, Soeta (Vitória, ES), Danilo Dias, Flor de Vinagreira (São Luiz, MA), Igor Rocha, ( Teresina, PI) and Marita Moura (Porto Velho, RO), among others. Unmissable!

The gastronomic festivals also take place in Belém (19/11) and Fortaleza (24 to 27/11).
