The Minister of Health accepts suggestions for the drawing up of a strict protocol for their return, taking the necessary measures to ensure that there is no danger

Under conditions of public health protection, the unvaccinated health workers will return to the health units from January 1, following the decision of the Council of Ministers, which deemed unconstitutional the extension until the end of the year, of the mandatory vaccination of health workers, because the competent services had to to have re-evaluated the necessity of the measure.

According to information from APE-MBE, the minister of health accepts suggestions for drawing up a strict protocol for their return, taking the necessary measures to ensure there is no danger. Among other things, it is proposed to carry out a diagnostic test (PCR or Rapid Test) maybe 2 times a week, which will be paid for by the health workers themselves who have not been vaccinated. Also the use of a mask is considered necessary.

“The decision will be implemented, even though I consider it a dangerous decision for public health,” said the Minister of Health, Th. Pleuris, explaining that there will be a strict protocol to protect public health.
