It was dismantled, by the Narcotics Prosecution Sub-Directorate of the Attica Security Directorate, criminal organization who was active in the establishment, cultivation of seedlings cannabis through the hydroponic method, and in the trafficking of quantities of raw cannabis (skunk) in the wider area of ​​Attica.

They were arrested yesterday, December 2, at noon, in his area Chalandriouin the context of an organized police operation, two people, 72 and 54 years old, and a 43-year-old foreigner, as members of a criminal organization and, as the case may be, for violating the legislation on addictive substances and weapons.

The activity of the criminal group was revealed and certified after analysis and cross-referencing of intelligence data and verification of premises.

According to EL.AS. from the methodology of action, the professional infrastructure of the organization, the capacity of the fully equipped hydroponic cannabis seedling cultivation laboratory and the seized quantities, it is estimated that the illegal income of the criminal ring would amount to at least 75,000 euros.

In the search carried out at the house in Halandri, where the members of the ring had installed the fully equipped laboratory – nursery for the cultivation of cannabis seedlings by the hydroponic method, the following were found and confiscated: 63 cannabis seedlings from 45 to 90 cm in height, 45 nylon packages containing raw hydroponic cannabis of culture (skunk) weighing 9 kg and 636.2 grams, precision electronic scale, electric nylon packaging standardization device, the sums of money of 40,890 euros and 1,181 US dollars, D.X.E. car (taxi) and I.X.E. car, carbine, 2 pistols, 100 cartridges of various calibers, 4 mobile phones and the laboratory equipment.

The arrested were taken to the Criminal Prosecutor of Athens.
