Specifically, the 24-year-old in the evening hours of 12-12-2022 in the ground floor area of an apartment building where he lives in the area of Analipsi, after an argument he had with the perpetrator, was attacked with sharp objects by both him and another foreigner, as a result to be injured and transported to a city hospital where he is being treated out of danger.
From the police investigation of the above Service, the details of one of the perpetrators were identified, against whom a relevant arrest warrant was issued yesterday (12-15-2022).
Early yesterday he was spotted and arrested in the city center by police officers of the DIAS Group, as a knife was found and confiscated in his possession, which is being investigated as to whether he used it during the attempted murder.
After the end of the spontaneous procedure for the aforementioned violation, the perpetrator was re-arrested by virtue of the issued arrest warrant and will be brought to the competent judicial authorities today (16-12-2022).
