The two minors face charges of being part of a gang that committed serial rape and possession of drugs and weapons
Two more minors involved in the case of the rape of the 15-year-old in Ilion, were remanded in custody this morning after their statement to the investigator.
The two minors face charges, as members of a gang that carried out serial rape and for possession of drugs and weapons.
The defendants for gang rape of the child were brought before the magistrate early in the morning to plead guilty to serious charges they allegedly committed as a gang with other peers.
Three other minors have been remanded in custody after the apologies they gave on Saturday. Also one more, of the six who were arrested after the boy’s complaint, was released on condition as he is not yet 15 years old.
For the same case, a minor is accused, who is wanted by the authorities. The boy is alleged by the 15-year-old complainant to have a significant role in the acts attributed to the group.
Information indicates that from what the 15-year-old complained, it follows involvement of other minors in the case. Among them were girls who allegedly were in front of acts that took place in the abandoned house, in which the boy was tortured for a month, without having an active role, as the victim testified.
The defendants allegedly claim that no violence has been done to their peer and that the roles in all that unfolded for almost a month “were alternating”.
